Source Library: Edit Sources and Revisions

Browse every FoxCue source in one library: search and filter, edit text as a new revision, view immutable history, cited passages and Search Console data.

The source library under Knowledge → Sources → Library lists every page, document and note your brands use as evidence. Each source keeps immutable revisions, so you can always see the exact text a script cited.

Find sources

  • Search sources… for text search.
  • Filter by collection (All Collections) and type (All Source Types).
  • Sort by last edited, created date, title, type, visibility or revision.
  • Columns: Title, Brand, Type, Visibility, Availability, Last Fetched, Revision, Last Edited, Created.
  • Organize sources into folders with New Folder and Manage Folder.

Open a source

Click a source to open it. The source view has these tabs:

TabWhat it shows
OverviewThe saved text, rendered
EditEdit the text. Saving creates a new revision.
HistoryEvery saved revision. Click Download This Revision to save a copy.
Search ConsoleQueries, clicks, impressions, CTR and average position for this page, if Google Search Console is connected. See Search Console.
Video IdeasVideo ideas planned from this page. See Video ideas.

Revisions

Saved revisions are immutable. Editing a source creates a new revision and marks any context built from it for review. If someone saves a newer revision while you're editing, FoxCue keeps your edits and asks you to reopen the source.

When a source is removed from the library, its saved revisions stay read-only and are excluded from new content.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I change the brand of a source?

Brand ownership is fixed once a source is saved, so citations stay consistent. Create a new source under the other brand instead.

How do I see what a script cited?

Open the cited source's saved revision. Cited Passages highlights the exact text.
