Connect Google Search Console to FoxCue
Connect Google Search Console in FoxCue to see each page's queries, clicks, impressions, CTR and position, and use that search data to plan videos.
Connecting Google Search Console shows each of your pages' search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position inside FoxCue, and feeds that data into video planning. A workspace owner opens Measure → Integrations, clicks Connect Google, and chooses the Search Console sites for a brand.
Access is read-only.
Connect Google
Open Connect Google
Go to Measure → Integrations and click Connect Google. Its status shows Ready to connect or Setup needed.
Choose the brand and services
Pick the Brand, then the Services to connect, for example Search Console and YouTube. Optionally turn on Share newly connected resources with workspace members.
Continue with Google
Click Continue with Google. Use the Google account that can access the properties and owns the YouTube channel, and approve read-only access.
Choose resources
FoxCue lists the sites and channels you can access. Select them and click Connect Selected Resources.
FoxCue imports the last 28 days, then keeps the selected resources up to date daily, revisiting the last 7 days each time. Connected. Initial sync queued; progress appears below.
See search data for a page
- Open a saved page under Knowledge → Sources.
- Choose the Search Console tab.
- Select the property, dates (Pacific time) and search type, then search and page through the queries.
You'll see queries, clicks, impressions, CTR and average position. Coverage shows the imported dates, fetch time and completeness. Reload data re-reads stored results. To fetch fresh data from Google, use Integrations.
Google can leave out some query rows, so query totals don't always add up to page totals. Position is an impression-weighted average, not a live rank check.
Use search data in planning
Silos use Search Console data as evidence for video ideas. Search clicks and impressions appear next to each page's evidence. Missing values stay unavailable rather than counting as zero.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Google Cloud project?
No, not if your FoxCue server's Google connection is enabled. Self-hosted administrators can use Advanced connection settings → Configure a Custom Google App.
Can FoxCue see YouTube video impressions in Search Console?
FoxCue shows the web search data Google returns for your own pages. It doesn't attribute AI Overview appearances or YouTube video impressions from Search Console.
