Create a Video from a Script or Slide Deck
Have FoxCue plan scenes from your script with a style and format, review the plan, then voice and compose it. Or convert a slide deck into an editable video.
From a Script lets the AI plan a video's scenes from your script, using a style's layouts and a format's story. You review the plan before anything is voiced, then FoxCue voices, aligns and composes the scenes for you to edit. From Slides converts a saved deck into an editable video, one scene per slide.
New video from a script
Start
In Video Projects, click Create Video → From a Script.
Choose the script
Under Script source, pick From my scripts (then Choose a Script) or Paste text. The title defaults to the script's title, or one the AI suggests.
Pick Style, Format and Aspect
- Style: the look (see Templates).
- Format: the story the style should tell, or Recipe's Own Story.
- Aspect: 16:9 — landscape, 9:16 — vertical or 1:1 — square, depending on what the style supports.
Review the Plan
FoxCue shows Planning scenes…, then a beat sheet with each beat's Narration, On Screen (what the viewer sees), Layout and Cues. Fix anything under A few things to check, or compose anyway and correct it in the editor. Click Start Over to replan.
Options
- Captions.
- Screen highlights: when you attach screen media, a vision model finds what the narration names on each screen and adds highlights, isolates and push-ins.
Compose
FoxCue shows Voicing, aligning and composing scenes…, then Video composed. Review it, then render. It opens in the editor.
New video from slides
- Click Create Video → From Slides.
- Choose a Slide deck. Generate slides from a script first if there are none.
- Pick a Recipe and Aspect, then convert. Deck converted. Your video is ready to edit.
Each slide becomes a scene with its narration voiced. For a quick narrated render without the editor, see Narrated slide videos.
