Set Up Brands and Products in FoxCue
Create a brand or product in FoxCue with a name, domain and description, then manage its brand kit, offerings, styles, sources, people and brand assets.
A brand (or product) in FoxCue holds everything scripts and videos need to sound and look like you: the brand kit, offerings, writing styles, sources, presenters and reusable assets. Create one per product or business under Knowledge → Brands & Products.
Create a brand
You can create a brand three ways:
- Build from Website: FoxCue reads your site and drafts the brand for you. See Build a brand from your website.
- By hand: enter a Name, Domain and Description. The description is used as context when generating scripts.
- From Getting Started: Add Website or I Don't Have a Website.
The brand page
Open a brand to see its tabs:
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Brand Kit | Colors, fonts, logo, voice, audience and business context. See Brand kit. |
| Offerings | Your product's pitch: the problem it solves, how, and proof, plus reusable calls to action |
| Styles | Reusable brand voices and script formats |
| Sources | Website and docs connections for this brand. See Sources. |
| People | Presenters and experts, with bios, expertise and speaking preferences |
| Labels | Tags for filtering and grouping scripts |
| Brand Assets | Website images, intro, outro and sponsor clips, watermarks and music |
Offerings, styles, people and assets are covered in Offerings, styles, people and brand assets.
The header also has Project Actions: Silos, Build from Website, Performance and Visit Site.
Find, sort and delete brands
- Search with Search projects…, and sort by Last edited, Oldest or Newest.
- Edit or Delete from a brand's actions. Bulk delete is available too.
Deleting a brand removes the brand and all its collections, scripts and labels. This can't be undone.
Frequently asked questions
Should I create one brand per product?
Yes, if your products have different audiences, voices or docs. Each brand keeps its own kit, sources and scripts. Choose which brand new work goes to with Brand for New Content on Getting Started.
Is a brand the same as a workspace?
No. A workspace is your team's account. A workspace can hold many brands.
