Workspace Usage and Credits
See FoxCue workspace usage and Shared Credits in Settings → Account: finished videos, exports, scripts generated, and evaluation credits by AI engine.
Workspace Usage in Settings → Account shows your team's content activity: finished videos, exports and scripts. Pricing and access limits aren't active, so usage is for your information only.

You'll also see when the account and workspace were created and the trial clock (Not started or Ended). Click Refresh workspace usage to update.
Shared Credits
Shared Credits sits in the same section. Everyone in the workspace can see it. It's marked Evaluation only. Pricing, Stripe and access limits are inactive. Credits have no monetary value, and nothing is charged.
| Item | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Available, Used, Reserved, Evaluation grant | The workspace's lifetime balance, shared by everyone and all engines |
| Engine Usage · Selected Month | Credits used and reserved by each AI engine in the chosen month |
| Recent Credit Activity · Selected Month | The latest actions that used credits |
Work that's still running holds a reservation, which stays separate from used credits. If you go past the evaluation allocation, you'll see a note, and work stays available. The panel refreshes on its own, or click Refresh shared credits.
