Account Settings: Email, Password, Delete
Update your FoxCue profile picture and name, change your sign-in email or password, send yourself a reset link, see workspace usage, or delete your account.
Your FoxCue account settings live in Settings → Account. There you can change your profile picture and name, sign-in email and password, see workspace usage, and delete your account.
Profile
- Profile picture: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB.
- Name: your display name.
Your details are shared across your workspaces.
Change your sign-in email
- In Settings → Account, enter the New Email and your current password.
- Click Send Verification.
- Open the email sent to the new address and click the link.
Confirming the change signs you out. Sign in again with your new email.
Change your password
- Under Change Password, enter your Current password.
- Enter the New password and Confirm it (8–72 characters).
- Save.
Changing your password signs out your other sessions. If you don't know your current password, click Email Me a Password Reset Link. See Reset your password.
Workspace usage
The Account tab also shows Workspace Usage: finished videos, finished video minutes, successful exports, re-exports, scripts generated, script drafts and estimated script minutes. Pricing and access limits are not active.
- A finished video counts on its first successful master export. Re-exports are tracked separately.
- Script minutes are estimates at 150 words per minute. Video minutes use the actual output duration.
Delete your account
Deleting your account is permanent.
- Under Delete Account, review the ownership preview. It lists the workspaces where you're an owner.
- Every workspace must keep another owner. If you're the only owner, FoxCue asks you to Assign another owner before deleting your account.
- Enter your password and email to confirm.
When you delete your account, FoxCue removes you from every workspace, anonymizes your name, email and picture, signs you out everywhere, revokes your API keys, and cancels work you had queued or running. Workspaces keep everything you made: scripts, videos, plans and history stay with the workspace.

I can't delete my account. Why?
